This was a once in a lifetime experience I can't wait to do again! This is soo much more than a yoga retreat... It is an opportunity to truly ground yourself, find sustaining peace, create lasting bonds and friendships, while completely immersing yourself into Bali Culture with yoga and breath work practices. Lisa And Raphael are experts in various yoga styles and breath work. As a Solo traveler this was my first experience overseas being so far away from home. They did everything to make me and others feel so safe, supported, seen, and welcoming. They hop on a zoom call with you beforehand to discuss any intentions you might have, questions or concerns regarding travel and your stay in Bali. We did so many wonderful fun activities, so much so that I didn't even need the extra days I planned to be a tourist in Bali. We hiked to waterfalls, temples in the mountains, traditional water ceremonies, cacao ceremony, Balinese massages...and so much more. It truly was a beautiful experience from sun up until sundown, from the heart of the jungle all the way to the warm waters on the beach. Lisa and Raphael's words and teachings are forever apart of my life and I am eternally grateful. THIS is the one you've been looking for.
